this is not a comic book, this is an illustrated edition of harry potter. it means that not every scene of the book is illustrated, only some of it. the illustration is breathtaking. yes, we've seen the movies, we've seen the wizarding world come to life. but this is different. has more detail. and jim kay has the perfect interpretation of the wizarding world. my most fave has to be the illustration of the diagon alley.

I love this edition so much, I bought it for my nephew and it makes me want one too.. So I think I'm going to buy one more for myself.

The first book of the best series ever! Every kid should read this!

It contains exactly the same content with the regular book, but it is illustrated on every single page. It's printed on full colour glossy paper, cover to cover. The size is a bit large and heavy, not to carry around, but perfect for reading time!

Absolutely gorgeous illustrations by Jim Kay, make the scenes easier to imagine by young kids.

I got confuse wheter I choose the online bookstore or Periplus, because the size and weight of the book. But I prefer Periplus because the price is on rupiah so I wouldn't affraid about the currency. And then I got worried about the book condition, but it surprisingly arrived in a very good condition! So happy! I will definitely buy again from periplus, especially imported book.
