Dark, twisted, amazing finale
By: Kenny Marpow

The Grisha trilogy closes its' curtains with the amazing finale. Ruin and Rising is easily the best book out of the three, with interesting encounters, witty dialogues, satisfying victories, clever plot twists, and amazing characters.

The main characters aren't the only one that got the amazing treatment by the writer, but the main villain is explored deeply in this book, not only painting him as the "Dark Lord" but as a person with a past and reasons that motivate him to be the person he is today. This make the character and the conflict with our main character that much more interesting since it's not just a clash between two people, not just a clash... See More

between two very similar yet very different powers, but a clash between two beliefs and wishes for the world they're in.

This book will send shivers down the readers' spine, either with its' dark portrayal of the world, with its twist of events, or the realization that everything comes down to this moment.

Ruin and Rising is dark, fun, and full of great moments that made you wish it never ends
