Description

A groundbreaking look at why our interactions with others hold the key to success, from the bestselling author of Think Again and Originals

For generations, we have focused on the individual drivers of success: passion, hard work, talent, and luck. But in today's dramatically reconfigured world, success is increasingly dependent on how we interact with others. In Give and Take, Adam Grant, an award-winning researcher and Wharton's highest-rated professor, examines the surprising forces that shape why some people rise to the top of the success ladder while others sink to the bottom. Praised by social scientists, business theorists, and corporate leaders, Give and Take opens up an approach to work, interactions, and productivity that is nothing short of revolutionary.

Surprising
By: Bagus D Ramadhan

Personally I got surprised by this books. The book is beyond my expectation. I'm so proud to put this book into my 5 star collection. By telling extraordinary true stories which often taken lowly Grant trying to expose the magic of giving attitude, both the best and the worst are possible for giver. Giving is an eternal attitude, I think this book could still relevant for long time. Worthed!

So Natural
By: Carol Ekmand

Contra selfishness and ego. This book is a really counter-culture to the nowadays' trend. The world "urges" us to take everything we can. But, Adam Grant invites us to run our life in another way--so natural: Give and Take. We're not alone and It's why we are invited to  helping others. A new way of life to describe a "Success".
