I never into romance-novel, honestly. I thought romance novel sometimes too mushy and cringy too read. One day, a guy recommended this book to me. He said, 'It's a beautiful way to learn about religion and kindness, and diversity, and love.' His words intrigued me. So I looked up this book and.... I lost words everytime I read every chapter of this book. It's about love, but deeper than that. It gives me so much feels that I need to close it every 3 chapters and think about it. Elif Shafak really describes 'love' in another way. More than lust and love. It's about sacrifice, adventure, realization, and conflict with yourself. If you looking for a book that touches your soul, and make you think about the existence of love, and even religion, go read this book. Totally worth it.
