Description

In this brilliant and original book, Malcolm Gladwell explains and analyses the 'tipping point', that magic moment when ideas, trends and social behaviour cross a threshold, tip and spread like wildfire. Taking a look behind the surface of many familiar occurrences in our everyday world, Gladwell explains the fascinating social dynamics that cause rapid change.

Easily one of the most interesting and readable books I have read in ages!
By: Antonius B.

Very interesting to see what people have been inspired to do after reading this

The books premise is that there are some people that connect other groups of people, that are aptly named “the connectors”. It also discusses another group, mavens, who love to share information about the marketplace. These two actors allows Gladwell to introduce the three rules of epidemics to explain what makes certain trends become a nationwide phenomenon while others just disappear after a while; The Law of the Few, The Stickiness Factor, and The Power of Context. It is a must read for a salesperson and people working in marketing.
