If you know a crocheter who wants to travel to a new level of boss-ness, here’s a fun book for that purpose. Erin Clark’s Itty Bitty Crocheted Critters is all about cute animals – as Erin puts it, “made exponentially cuter by crocheting them in miniature.
Now I am only reasonably new to crochet. I mean I HAVE been trying for years, but I’ve only just gotten the hang of it recently and something I’ve always wanted to try was some amigurumi and well this book might just make me do it. Not only is it filled with some super cute patterns, but it also has some great step by step instructions with some very clear pictures on simple crochet stitches but also increasing/decreasing etc.
These cute little crocheted animals make great collectors items and look great in miniature scenes or just as a cute decoration.
From the first moment I saw these little critters I fell in love. Small, like uber tiny, they wormed their way into my heart. Easy instructions that left no question in my mind whatsoever, cute pics, small projects perfect for learning and an assortment of critters to warm your heart this book is perfect for anyone who loves to crochet. Even if you are just learning amigurumi, you can do these designs. One tiny hook. A couple of DMC floss pieces and you can rock this book.
