Talking more about the impact of technology, social media, and internet. I personally like Matt Haig's other books much better. This book is too narrowed. But worth reading. Matt Haig's writing style is always interesting.

After a while not having a good book, I finally found a book that can make me laugh and cry.

It helped me to see what's important for me and made me think whether I need to make a life changing decision.
