This book gave me new prespective on how to value myself and others as well. Talent is not the main key and GRIT plays a main role in our achievements. As someone who lacks GRIT, it also gave me hope that grit can be nurtured and developed at any time of my life as long as I presevere. Though the writer admit it on the last pages that more researches are needed in this subject but this book has assured me enough.
