Yes. Everyone. Those who experienced/experiencing mental illness or those who don't but willing to understand a bit more of how mental illness is, and how people actually feel, think, and cope. It's a coincidence that I am uploading this just a few days after #WorldMentalHealthDay. No matter what day it is, supporting people you love is a must. Every 40 seconds someone commit suicide, and it only takes 40 second to prevent or save them. After all, there are reasons to stay alive for.
