a scientific cookbook

The first part of this book is filled with a very detailed information on how and why the diet works, as well as its background research ; in an easy to follow format. This book also provides charts and tables to ease the diet tracking. There is no picture of the food but I think it is appropriate considering the small size and the paper material.
