By: Dine Rostianti

Before reading this book, I thought that civil and uncivil were a matter of good and bad nature of someone and in a world that prioritizes financial gain these civil and uncivil problems are considered a common phenomenon and does not need to be disputed. Christine Porath broke my thoughts. In this book she outlines structured research results that show that civility is something that is important to be strived to become a culture in every organization and will bring good for individuals and organizations.

The author describes the cost of incivility, the gain of civility, ways to improve self-civility, civility cycle in the organization, and ways to deal with incivility if we become targets.

Short Book, Good Tips
By: Diah

This was a very practical and short to the point book. Many tips actually are very common, but if you look in depth, we are seriously lacking nowadays.

It's a great book for leaders, wanna-be leaders, or anyone who wants to step up their game at work.

Civility brings you everywhere.
