Description

After a bad break up, doesn't every girl want the same things? * For her ex-boyfriend to stay single forever...* Or maybe emigrate, to a remote, uninhabited island? * Better still, that she'd never met him in the first place! But what if one of those wishes came true? Tess is heartbroken when Seb breaks up with her and can't help blaming herself. If only she'd done things differently. If only she could make right all her regrets...But she can't. It's over. She has to forget about him. Drunk and upset on New Year's Eve she wishes she'd never met him. But when she wakes up to discover this dream has come true, she realises she has a chance. To do it all over again. And to get it right this time...

Never regret reading A. Potter books since her 1st book
By: Sasya Lelenya Purwanty
1 sentence to portray this book: a whole new meaning of first impression do over.    I bet a lot of woman can relate to what happen to Tess. The new year wish, the do over with Seb, her flatmateship with Fiona, new friendship with Fergus are totally happening around us. But how Potter put a magical twist on every sentences are just so interesting and funny. I cannot stop turning pages until it finish.    The moral of this story is (and i quote from inside the book): “.....and I have to trust in the universe that it's happening for a reason”

My review on Don't You Forget About Me
By: Shay Khairunnisa

This book is perfect for girls who ever had their hearts broken, the characters are easy to relate to, it's just like everyday problems. Very recommended for people who are currently trying to move on from your past. The story taught me so many things like be confident of who I really am and that I shouldn't pretend to be someone else to get what I want. It's a Bridget Jones Diary kind of book if you like it then you should read it!

Be careful what you wish for
By: Kholis Nur Azizah

The reason I bought this book is because of the tag line; “A story of every girl who wishes she'd never met him”. And I was expecting the story where the girl, Tess, has completely forgotten about Seb (her ex-boyfriend who breaks up with her) and try to move on with her life. But no, it's about second chance. A second chance to fix her relationship with Seb, and to make their love life perfect as she always wanted.

Honestly, the story is a bit cliché for me especially the part where Tess fell in love blindly with Seb and her world focused on him and him only. But the way Alexandra Potter tells the story could actually make up for it. Some parts even make me sad. Though this book is not so special in any way, it's a fun read and entertaining. If you love chick lit and want some light story, this book is your choice.
