Jamie is a chef, but his food are always rustic, not the fine dining one, huge portions. Most of the recipes in this book are classic british comfort food, and pasta of course. My fave is the fish pie, yum! And surprise, it has recipes for gado-gado, too. Yes, Indonesian gado-gado. Jamie’s style, but still feels Indonesian. Love this cookbook so much. As the tittle said, comforting.
