Do you have a keen imagination and vivid dreams? Is time alone each day as essential to you as food and water? Are you "too shy" or "too sensitive" according to others? Do noise and confusion quickly overwhelm you? If your answers are yes, you may be a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP).

Understanding, Balancing and Optimizing HSPs
By: Dine Rostianti

Even though I am not a highly sensitive person (HSP), reading this book opens insight and relieves feelings. Apparently being sensitive is something that is common and is not a mistake. Not because someone is making it up and acting excessively, but because there are indeed different hormones and brain activity between HSPs and non-HSPs.

This book helps empathize with HSPs, or yourself when you feel sensitive. This book aims for HSPs and people who are close to HSPs, to avoid over arousal and HSPs can utilize its potential optimally and contribute to the surrounding environment.
