Between 4−5 stars rating, 13 July 2022It's smaller than I thought but cute. The cover is leather, the box also leather. I love the typography. It's like being stamped on the leather. It's not kind of book you will enjoy to read though cause too small font. But, if you don't mind it and love LOTR, you should save your money and buy this set.
Between 2−3 stars rating, 22 January 2021I buy this because reviews said this is a good book design with leather cover, etc. But when the book arrived, the book is too small, and the font is too small, very uncomfortable to read. I think this is only for collection not for read. I'm thinking to buy another LOTR books with bigger size & font.
Between 4−5 stars rating, 13 April 2016If you're a big fan of The Lord of The Rings and The Hobbit (and love to read) you definitely must buy this version. DOn't buy the paperback version! This leather bound is the best a LoTR fan/reader can ever have (in my opinion). It is expensive, I know. I even think twice before buying it but believe me it's totally worth it ohmygod. It's so nice to hold a nice binded real book (I've been reading e-books lately, pardon this outburst of happiness). And eventhough the font size is small, it's still readable. I'm having a great time reading it.
