There is a pattern in the life of every human being, regardless of race, religion, residence and in some cases, including age. In daily life, it turns out that break is something that is crucial. To get a break that has a positive impact, there are requirements that need to be met.

In the span of human life, is there a right time to start something and to end something? Graduated from college, started a career, married, divorced, started a healthy lifestyle,... See More

etc.? What needs to be considered from the midpoint, between the beginning and the end of a life moment?

How do you synchronize as a team, formally or informally to optimize performance? Daniel H. Pink presents summaries of studies related to the rhythm of daily human activities, life cycles throughout human life, and real examples in life in the world of harmonious synchronization.

Another good one from the author of Drive and Sell
By: A. Budi

Daniel Pink’s strength in is books is taking interesting studies and framing them with context to make those individual studies have greater meaning through the connections with other work. It may come across as more self-help than social science, but sometimes self-help is needed. In this case, it is at least grounded in science.
