Great Series

This is my favorite book from the trilogy. It ends very nice. I love the characters development and the writing style. Maybe someday I'll reread this book

Aaargh!

Berharap ini bukan buku terakhir. Banyak hal yang masih sangat bisa digali dan dikembangkan. Geregetan dan gemes saya belum ditenangkan di buku ketiga ini. Pikiran tentang kemungkinan drama yang lebih heboh sangat menggangu saya sebagai pembaca :((( Tapi mungkin Kevin Kwan punya pertimbangan lain. Layaknya dunia nyata, selama belum kiamat ya drama masih berjalan. Mungkin pesan ini yang ingin disampaikan penulis kepada pembaca.

Even rich people has problems

When Nick heard that his Ah Ma is dying, he didn't want to go back to Singapore. Apparently, he was still mad at his Ah Ma for the way she treated Rachel. Not until Rachel persuaded him to.   When the entire family (Young-Leong-Cheng clan) heard about the rich lady of Tyserall Park was dying, they returns to Singapore, in the hope that they will inherit the estate.   After the passing of Shang Su Yi, her secret started to reveal and left the family in shock.   Personally, I want more of Astrid's story. I enjoy her & Charlie's story more than Nick & Rachel's. I hope Kwan writes another book and focused of Astrid.

not bad, but not as good as the first one

Better than the second book of the series. This third and final installament is a bit refreshing from the dull plot and storytelling from the previous one. Still not as good as the first one though, but better than the second. IMO. I really wish that Kwan would focus on telling stories about Charlie's and Astrid's relationship, it's there but it's not enough for my liking. 

Nick and Rachel story is getting boring by the day, but at least it's not as predictable as their story in the second book.
