Between 3−4 stars rating, 28 June 2018I’m an adult, but I enjoy this book very much. I’m so glad I purchased this. This book is about an adventure of a young boy alongside with his dog (I’m thrilled already). A young kid who is innocent, cries when he’s sad, laughs when he’s happy, loves his family, friends, and dog very much (he doesn’t need a girlfriend to be happy, yay!) Of course during their journey they found and experienced various interesting events. The story is unpredictable, but so good. For me, it is hard to find a good book with a young kid as the central character, so I considered this as one of my fave book
Between 3−4 stars rating, 11 April 2018This book so amazing. First, I think this book pure of sci-fic but I was wrong. I couldn't guess the main conflict and the 'sweet' ending. Eventhough, I didn't cry when reading this book, but I felt sad for Alex.

Between 2−3 stars rating, 28 December 2017Cerita tentang Alex Pretoski, sebelas tahun, punya seekor anjing Carl Sagan, dan dia--Alex, bukan Carl--punya ambisi meluncurkan roket dengan membawa rekaman suaranya dalam iPod. Format ceritanya unik, POV seorang anak sebelas tahun--direkam dalam iPod. Dengan demikian cerita bisa melebar ke aana ke mari, sesuai apa saja yang sedang dipikirkan Alex. Alex terbiasa menyiapkan makan sendiri, membereskan rumah sendiri, sementara ibunya seperti tak acuh, hanya menonton acara kesukaan di televisi.
