This is a story of a young girl who was born with HIV. She's in highschool, going through regular high school problems, finding love and discovering dreams - but given Simone's circumstances, things are never as easy or simple as how they would be, if she had been born without HIV. And it's a book that teaches the readers so much. How things could be so different, if only one factor in our lives were changed. It's truly a remarkable book, and one that should be read for awareness and acceptance.

Full Disclosure is...well a full.disclosure about a teenage's life that is HIV positive. It is not only about her pain, however, but also how she lives. I think that was made this book stand out.
