It is light, inspiring, and every words is meaningful for me. I like this self reflection book because the stories were delivered by Haenim Sumin beautifully. Got so much to learn and reflect. Recommended. 

I'm surprised with how Haemin Sunim wrote an inspiring book that is easy to understand. This book taught me about how to be calm in a different way in order to become the better version of myself.

This book is just great. I've read the ebook version, before decided to buy the hard one. I am so happy when it comes.
