In a fast-paced world, wouldn't it be wonderful if you could slow down and enjoy a life with less pressure, less stress, and more time for the things you love?

Sweden is ranked in the top three of the world's happiest places to live, and lagom, which means "not too much and not too little--just right," is the Swedish philosophy for enjoying balance in every aspect of life--from work and leisure to family and food, and everything in between. Experienced bakers know by touch when the dough they are kneading is lagom--not too moist and not too dry. At the office, professionals who work hard--but not to the detriment of other parts of their lives--are following the lagom ideal. Lagom is moderation, balance, and equality.

By using the Swedish lifestyle as an example, Niki Brantmark offers insightful suggestions and bite-sized actions to help you make subtle changes to your life, so you too can make time for the things that matter most and find greater happiness.

It changed my life <3
By: Ayundita Batari

Never have a book feel like a clean breath of air to me. I feel very calm and cleansed whenever I read this book. I am very thankful that I bought it. Though there are advices that I cannot perform because I don't live in Sweden, its teachings about "balanced-living" helped me to return to my core, redefine what the word "success" means, and realize that we don't need as much as we think we do to be happy and suffice. It re-stregnthen the values that I have been taught as a child, values that I have long forgotten amidst a time that dotes on extravagance and excess; that is, to appreciate frugality, simplicity, creativity, and balance to live happily, contentedly, and successfuly.

Changed my old perspective
By: Cita Dinanti

Read few first page of this book somehow connecting me to one word : Enough. Since we are all kids (most of us), used to deal wih term "Enough" teach by the elder. Enough as taking portion of our meal, enough as buying amount of clothes, enough as spending our money, etc, etc.. and eventually i think that "enough" connects to a limitation and thats feel less happy. Thankfully this book give me a new meaning of enough, not a limitation but "just right" and it feels trully a simple happy word :)
