Between 4−5 stars rating, 29 December 2021The product was just as described and in perfect condition. I should stop being surprised at how good Mary Pearson’s writing is, really, but every time I read something of hers I’m blown away. This book had so much intrigue, mystery, excitement, plots, and adventure. The character development was fantastic.
Between 4−5 stars rating, 02 October 2020I thought since the tension was already building in the first book, it’ll be much more packed and gripping in the second one. But personally, I think it’s still progressing s l o w , as I thought that it took about 60% until the story and actions started to really take the place (same as the first book, I guess). I love how this story ends that gave me warmth in my chest and leave me wanting to read the book all over again!
