Between 4−5 stars rating, 24 August 2020 a good coffeetable style cookbook.

It has a nice layout: recipes on the left page and great photograph of the meal on the opposite right. Which makes this book very much enjoyable.
The recipes themselves are quite simple. Have not tested them out yet, but am quite familiar with some, with a twist on the ingredients.
