This book is about a struggling small family, mother, father and a daughter. The father hits the mother a lot. But of course the mother stays with the father. They even move to a remote place in Alaska. The place brings out the worst of the father. It’s Kristin Hannah’s. It’s more than just a story of a family with domestic violance. She plays with our emotion a lot. One of the best book I’ve read this year.
