A Whodunit Mystery
By: Muhammad Rum

I am a fan of whodunits and this book is a whodunit type of mytery novel.

It starts when Susan Ryeland, an editor, is handed the manuscript of Alan Conway's latest novel. However, Little does she know that by reading the manuscript will change her life. She' has been a revered crime writer for years.

Form the manuscript, Conway's latest tale of murder at Pye Hall is not what it looks like. If you read between the lines, it tells about dead bodies and a host of intriguing suspects but there is more to a stroy;  real-life jealousy, greed, and murder.

This book is very cleverly written. It likes reading two books in one. It is a turning-page book that  will hooked the reader in and keep guessing who the murderer really is.

If You Miss Agatha Christie, You Should Try This Book!
By: Rosita Djuwita Halim

I have always been a big fans of Agatha Christie. I wish she had written more books.

Reading this book was really like reading Agatha Christie. We could not stop turning the page until we finish it all. I was picturing Mr. Pund as Poirot and Mr. Fraser as Captain Hastings. The setting of the "book inside the book" was also very similar to the ones that Agatha Christie wrote. There were several suspects, with each one of them had opportunity and motives. Horowitz made us keep guessing who had done it, who was the real killer and what would be the motive.

The idea of a murder book inside a murder book is spectacular! I wish Anthony Horowitz would write more books like this one.
