Not everyone is gifted with a long-life span of up to ninety years. Not everyone in the nineties who has experience as president of the United States and is still healthy, is active in humanitarian activities and is an author.
Jimmy Carter, raised in a farmer family, since childhood was tempered with hard work. In his father's upbringing, there is no such thing as idle living. His concern for humanity and equality of race and skin colour has been ingrained since childhood, with his playmates who are generally black. supported by his extended family. Likewise, after the presidency, Jimmy Carter, his wife and family are still active in international humanitarian activities. He revealed the problems during the presidency that were successfully resolved and which still pending.
Mr. Carter tells his life experience straightforward. Not all thoughts and efforts have received positive support from the public or the authorities. Some of his post-presidency activities were not even approved by the White House and the US President.
There are many lessons to be learned from the experiences and thoughts of someone as extraordinary as Jimmy Carter.
