Thrilling. Intriguing. Keeps you on the edge of your seat.
Another great work by Murakami (as always). The way he wrote this book is different from the others (I've read Norwegian Wood, Sputnik Sweetheart and Colorless Tsukuru Tazaki) I think he highly considered the aesthetic aspect of writing this time. The story made me cry towards the end. And it's so... mind-opening. So far, it's my favourite out of the others (of course, the others are brilliant as well but this one.... whoa). It gives the readers this sort of this dream-like state, and seriously, reading this is an experience like I've never read before. If you're a Murakami fan like I am, After Dark is a must read.
