I have finished reading this book. It really gave me a new perspective on how important the way we speak with people may influence the way they response to us no matter the situation. It gave insights on how to improve our social skills in speaking with many kinds of people, gain new friends and in building connections for our professional relationships.

My friend recommended this book to help how to understand people and how to influence them, and it really works, follow the direction of the book and applied in you real life than you can see what happened in your life. I love this.
