A Lot of Fun!
By: Suzy's Artsy Craftsy Sitcom

Have lots of fun paper souvenirs leftover from that last trip?  This fun book gives you some creative ideas to display them!  Use those postcards, street maps, tickets and souvenirs and convert them into pretty art that brings back memories. Travel Origami: 24 Fun and Functional Travel Keepsakes gives you 24 easy-to-fold origami projects along with step-by-step instructions showing you how to fold your paper collections into special items you can wear, carry, hang on your wall, or give away as a special keepsake. My husband always collects maps and brochures of the areas that we travel to.  I’m thinking some of these great ideas could be turned into something fun like a refrigerator magnet!

Excellent work
By: zakkalife.com

Travel Origami is compiled of 24 projects to fold from your keepsakes.  There’s also a two page section that introduces you to origami terms and symbols.  All the projects (except the money rings) give you the dimensions of paper you need to start out with.  That way, there’s no need to be concerned about finding a specific item to create a project. For most of the projects, Cindy suggests a variety of paper products to use for a project.  You can even make the projects out of any paper you have around the house.

so much fun!
By: The Papercraft Post

The author’s lightbulb idea is to transform travel-related paper stuff – brochures, picture postcards, sweet wrappers, maps, paper bags, bank notes, even drinking straws – into almost-instant origami mementoes. Tah dah – you are simultaneously recycling, occupying/entertaining the kids, and producing fun origami souvenirs. Magic! [...] The projects are suitable for origami beginners. This title would make a fabulous bon voyage gift. Captivating keepsakes are just a few folds away. Guaranteed to bring a smile.
